Claim Window
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, or within 24 hours for visible delivery damage.

What Is Not Eligible

Review & Approval
After receiving your request, our team reviews the evidence and may ask for additional details. If approved, we confirm the best solution clearly before proceeding.
- We may request the affected items to be returned for inspection.
- We may arrange collection or request delivery to our location depending on the case.
- Claims without enough evidence may be rejected.
Resolution Options
Approved claims are handled with a solution that fits the case, stock availability, and item condition.

- Store credit for a future Alalaas Gift purchase.
- Refund for the affected item value where approved.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after approval and, where required, after returned items are received and checked.
